Beststand SA228 Electric Sit-To-Stand Lift, 500lb Capacity is designed for patients with partial weight bearing abilities. Control box has a low battery warning and weight capacity alarms. In case of complete power failure this lift can be lowered using the manual emergency release. Affordable, and easy to use, this lift is excellent for commode transfers. When used with the Deluxe Standing sling, back and thighs are easily accessible for toileting and bathing. Additional buttock strap is available take even more of the patient's weight during transfers. Buttock strap can be removed separately from the primary standing sling to raise and lower the patient into chair, bed or commode. Detachable foot platform is removable for patients looking for gait training. This lift can be used as a walking aid for stroke patients coming home from rehab. Height adjustable padded knee support pads are contoured to hold the patient's legs securely in place. Soft wrap-around Velcro strap is available separately. It fastens around the legs and knee pad for even more support during transfers. Legs of the lift open and close with ease using hand lever. Deluxe Padded Stand Assist sling has extra padding in the arm pits and lumbar areas. Padded chest strap holds the patient securely in place. Multiple length loops of this sling adjust for patients of various height and shape. Locking rear casters keep the lift in place until patient is ready to be moved.
